Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Pulseform is an interactive music education and rhythm-learning game. It uses musical puzzles and game-based learning challenges to help players practice rhythm, timing, listening, coordination, and other musical skills. This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and how you can delete it. We keep it short and plain.

Playing without an account

You can play without signing in. Your progress (stars, Notes, items, settings) is stored only on your device. Nothing about you is sent to us.

If you sign in

Signing in (with Apple, Google, or an email and password) lets your learning progress follow you between devices and turns on optional leaderboards, friends, and community events. We use Google Firebase to run accounts and store data. When you sign in, we store:

Online multiplayer

Online parties connect players directly to each other (peer-to-peer). Like any direct connection, the other players' devices can see your network address while you play together. If a direct connection isn't possible, the game passes moves through a Firebase relay that keeps no history. Your player name, rank and block are shown to the people in your party.

Ads (optional)

In the Pulseform app you can choose to watch a short video ad to continue a music-learning challenge. Ads only play when you tap to watch one. They are served by Google AdMob, which receives information about your device (such as its type, operating system and network address) to show the ad, count it and prevent fraud. We ask AdMob for non-personalised ads, and we don't track you across other apps. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. On CrazyGames, ads are run by CrazyGames.

Purchases

In the app you can buy Notes and other optional game items. Payments are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to check that a purchase is genuine; it receives your purchase details and your anonymous account ID. Purchases are linked to your account so they can be restored.

What we don't do

Safety

Names that are offensive are blocked. You can report or block any player from the leaderboard or their player card. Blocked players are hidden from your leaderboards, can't send you party invites and can't join your parties.

Deleting your data

Open Settings in the game, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account, then confirm with your password (or with Apple or Google if you signed in that way). This permanently deletes your account, your cloud save, your leaderboard scores, your player card, your friend code and your friends list, and takes you off your friends' lists. Records of past community events may keep your team name. To erase progress stored only on your device, delete the app (or, on the website, clear this site's data in your browser).

Children

Pulseform is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. Children can play without an account, which stores nothing about them with us. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
